About me

When I am not only teaching, writing research papers in English (I am an independent scholar with a PhD in Translation Studies), or translating into/from English, I am either hosting guests who come from all over the world to see Mt. Olympus -it's like travelling without moving!-, or struggling with the intricacies of the Greek language, which is where I get my utter respect and empathy for all my students in their endeavour to learn English. I am also a keen photographer, a fan of British humour and a mother of a trilingual child, trying to get more exercise and better at gardening.
